Universal Display and Fixture Company Leases 274,808 sf

DALLAS, TX - March 13, 2007 -- Universal Display and Fixture Company has leased 274,808 square feet from landlord Cabot II - TX L01, LP.  The address is Amberpoint Business Park Building No. 4 in Coppell, Texas.  This will be used as a distribution center for Universal Display.  Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  John Fulton and Todd Jones of Transwestern Property Co. represented the landlord.
