DALLAS, TX - March 7, 2007 -- Renata Salons has recently purchased the building they have been leasing located at 224 and 230 College Street in Grapevine.  This is an historic home zoned for retail.  The total square feet is 4,828 for this transaction.  They will continue to operate a salon and spa out of this location.  The seller was Grapevine Residential Historic, LP.  Chris Leighton of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller and Cliff Bogart of Vanguard Commercial Group represented the buyer.
