Brantlo, Inc. Purchases 40,075 sf

DALLAS, TX - March 7, 2007 -- Brantlo, Inc. recently purchased 40,075 square feet of land with an existing 3,685 square foot building from Kinzel Enterprises, Inc.  The address is 3396 Plano Road in Richardson.  They are using this as a retail location for their auto repair business.  Graham Merriman of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented both parties.
