DALLAS, TX - February 18, 2007 -- Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. has leased 10,000 sf at the Little Elm Towne Crossing Shopping Center located at the southwest corner of Eldorado Parkway and FM 423 in Little Elm.  Dan Shoevlin and Henry S. Miller, IV of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord and Jim Weir of The Woodmont Company represented the tenant.
