Expo Group Purchases 210,000

DALLAS, TX - February 8, 2007 -- The Expo Group has purchased 210,000 square feet from Invesco Real Estate.  The property is located at 5931 Campus Circle Drive in Irving.  Expo is a trade show company - this location will serve as its primary headquarters.  Brett Owens of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer and Jim Brice and Cannon Shoults of Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the seller.
