KFAA, Ltd. Leases 9.5 Acres

DALLAS, TX - January 30, 2007 -- KFAA, Ltd. has leased 9.5 acres from Transport International Pool, Inc.  The land is located at 1401 South Loop 12, Irving, Texas.  Mark Hull and Pete Richardson of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Matt Heidelbaugh and Dan Cook of C&W represented the landlord.
