Hibbett Sporting Goods Leases 5,000 sf

DALLAS, TX - January 30, 2007 -- Hibbett Sporting Goods Stores has leased 5,000 square feet from landlord, HSM Eldorado/423, Ltd.  The space is located at Little Elm Towne Crossing at the southwest corner of Eldorado Parkway and FM 423.  Dan Shoevlin and Henry S. Miller IV of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord.  Marshall Ballard of The Weitzman Group represented the tenant.
