MCPAP, LLP Purchases 12.91 acres

DALLAS, TX - January 17, 2007 -- MCPAP, LLP purchased 12.91 acres of raw land from Arapaho East, Inc. at the northeast corner of Spring Creek and Highway 78 in Wylie.  Future plans are for a warehouse/retail build out.  Tom Grunnah of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented both parties.
