MAS Wylie VZ, LLC Purchases 3.7 acres

DALLAS, TX - January 17, 2007 -- MAS Wylie VZ, LLC purchased 3.7 acres of raw land from Cinnamon Teal, LLC.  The land is located at the northeast corner of Eubanks and Brown Street in Wylie.  This will eventually be a Verizon Service Station.  Tom Grunnah of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.  John Talley of Staubach represented the buyer.
