Rancho LBJ Golf, LLC Purchases 18,000 sf Building

DALLAS, TX - January 15, 2007 -- Rancho LBJ Golf, LLC has purchased an 18,000 square foot building on 1.08 acres of land located at Midway and LBJ in Dallas.  The seller was DM Square Golf.  It will be held for investment purposes.  Greg Woodring of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer and Darrell Hurmis of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.
