Rodney Johnson Properties Purchases Apartment Complex

DALLAS, TX - January 11, 2007 -- Rodney Johnson Properties has purchased an 8 unit apartment complex located at 3901 Hawthorne Avenue in Dallas, Texas from S&R Skinner, Ltd.  The selling price was $81,250 per unit.  The 8 unit property sits on 11,154 square feet of land.  The plans are for the new owners to renovate the apartment building and develop them into new high-end townhomes.  This was an all cash transaction.  Steven Defterios and Kevin Ward of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented both the seller and buyer.
