J&M Properties, LP Purchases 28,200 sf

HOUSTON, TX - January 8, 2007 -- J&M Properties, LP has recently purchased a 28,200 square foot building for a clothing store.  The property was purchased from Houston Triangle II, LLC.  The property is located at 8541 West Belfort.  Shawn Ackerman and Paul Paraskevopoulos of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer for the property.
