Johnson Matthey, Inc. Leases 15,500 sf for Oil Service Company

HOUSTON, TX - January 2, 2007 -- Johnson Matthey, Inc. has leased the 15,500 square foot Sulzer Building located at 4106 New West Drive at Fairmont Parkway, Pasadena, Texas.  The property was leased from GSL Industrial.  Doug Bates and Mark Wood of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.
