Hobby Lobby Leases 55,405 sf at Little Elm Towne Crossing

DALLAS, TX - December 27, 2006 -- Hobby Lobby has leased 55,405 square feet at the ever popular and growing Little Elm Towne Crossing.  The landlord is HSM Eldorado/423 Ltd. in Dallas.  The center is located at the southwest corner of FM 423 and Eldorado Parkway in Little Elm, Texas.  Dan Shoevlin and Henry S. Miller, IV represented the landlord.  Paul Burkhart and Ron White of Concordia Equity, L.C. represented the tenant.  Little Elm is scheduled to go under construction in the Spring of 2007 and scheduled for completion late Fall of 2007.
