DALLAS, TX - September 17, 2006 -- SBJ Resch Family Partnership purchases 20,970 square feet of space located at 1807 Shady Oaks Drive, Denton.  The seller was VI Acquisitions – Texas Ltd. This will be a roofing and building material sales distribution center.  Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer.  Craig Hughes of Cushman and Wakefield represented the seller.
