DALLAS, TX - June 20, 2006 -- Core Investments, LLP has purchased Sports Ridge Athletic Center which is located at 1600 Jay Ell Drive in Richardson.  The new owner will convert the 24,680 square foot facility on 1.43 acres into an office building.  The seller was Ace Capital.  Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Commercial negotiated the transaction.
