DALLAS, TX - June 7, 2006 -- Plastex International has just leased 42,808 square feet of space from Tarrant County Limited Partnership.  The space will be used as their new headquarters and is located at 3101 Pinewood Drive in Arlington.  Plastex is a plastic recycler.  They will store, buy, bundle, grind and ship recycled bulk plastics from this location.  Jim Hazard of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Bradford Commercial represented the landlord.
