DALLAS, TX - May 20, 2006 -- IDL, based in Grand Prairie, has leased 10,920 square feet from landlord R.W. Chang.  The space is located at 1204 Fountain Parkway.  This will be used as an office, warehouse and distribution center for IDL.  Chris Delzell of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant and Don Davis of TIG represented the landlord.
