DALLAS, TX - May 15, 2006 -- Highland Capital Real Estate Advisors purchased 25.98 acres for investment purposes from Robert and Dorothy Heath and the Sharman Family Trust.  The land is located at the southeast corner of Eubanks Ln. and Highway 78 in Wylie, Collin County.  Plans are to eventually resell or develop a combination of retail and townhomes.  This property is a combination of raw land and three buildings with various tenants.  Tom Grunnah of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the purchaser.  Lynn Dowdle of Staubach represented the seller.
