DALLAS, TX - May 9, 2006 -- PPG Real Estate Partners, Ltd. has recently purchased 16.39 acres of land with future plans to build a total of 175,000 square feet of warehouse space.  One building will be 125,000 square feet and the other will measure about 50,000 square feet.  The acreage is located at 735 Trinity Blvd. in Grand Prairie.  The seller was the Estate of Herbert W. Lindal from Tennessee.  Pete Richardson of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer and Mike Rader represented the seller.
