DALLAS, TX - April 20, 2006 -- BP Capital has leased 15,984 square feet from landlord, BF Preston Commons.  The space is located at 8117 Preston Rd. in Preston Center and is called Preston Commons II.  This lease is for an office expansion for BP Capital.  Jerry Averyt of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant and Trey Smith of CAPSTAR Commercial represented the landlord.
