DALLAS, TX - March 22, 2006 -- A California investor has purchased a 53-unit apartment complex located at 4709 Denton Drive in Dallas, Texas.  The sellers were local Dallas investors.  The new owners plan to build a newly constructed 352-unit class A condominium project on this site.  Richard Keeling, Senior Vice President, of the Multi-Family Division of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented both parties in the transaction.
