DALLAS, TX - March 15, 2006 -- Bykota, Inc. has just recently leased 14,600 square feet of space at 11233 Leo Lane in Dallas.  The landlord is Dart Development.  Bykota, Inc. is a manufacturers representative.  This will be used as an office/industrial space for Bykota.  Pete Richardson of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Ted Gruen represented the landlord.
