DALLAS, TX - February 29, 2006 -- TKC XCII, a North Carolina LLC, has recently purchased 4.322 acres of land at the southwest corner of Huffines Rd. and SH 121 in Lewisville, Texas from Ed Ruibal.  TKC will build on site.  Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer.  Morris Rutchik with the Kantor Company represented the seller.
