TX - February 29, 2006 -- Mt. Olive Baptist Church of
Plano purchased 6.189 acres from 6.189 Acres Collin Co. TIC
- Darrell Hurmis, Trustee. The land is located at the
southeast quadrant of 544 and Shiloh. Future plans are
to build a church on this site. Darrell Hurmis of
Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.
Danny Muzica of Service Realty represented the buyer.
