DALLAS, TX - February 28, 2006 -- Mi Casa Holdings has purchased 13,000 square feet from Addison Sunbelt, JV.  The space is located at 16601 Addison Rd. in Addison.  The center is called Addison Sunbelt Shopping Center.  This will be held as an investment property.  Greg Woodring of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.  Sunet Group represented the buyer.
