DALLAS, TX - February 25, 2006 -- Natgun Corporation has purchased 3.8 acres of land located at 410 Trinity Blvd. in Grand Prairie.  The seller was KA Partners.  Buyer is planning to construct an office/warehouse building in this location.  Brett Owens and Pete Richardson of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.  Marty Rader of Rader Commercial represented the buyer.
