DALLAS, TX - January 20, 2006 -- Neal Felder of Felder Properties purchased 16,100 square feet for close to $1 million located at 3552 Garden Brook in Farmers Branch in Texas.  Felder plans to remodel the property and lease out to 4 - 7 tenants for office/industrial use.  The seller was AVKM, an audio/visual company.  Pete Richardson and Brett Hull of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller and the buyer.
