DALLAS, TX - January 10, 2006 -- W.W. Henry Adhesives has leased 24,455 square feet located at 1029 Avenue G in Arlington.  This is an expansion for the company.  They were originally across the street from this location in only 10,000 square feet.  Pete Richardson of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Corbin Crews of RREEF represented themselves as the landlord.
