California Investors Purchase Two Apartment Complexes in Dallas

DALLAS, TX - October 6, 2005 -- Two California Investors have purchased apartment complexes in Dallas.  One of the investors purchased Pine Branch, a 145-unit apartment complex at 5811 Pine Branch in Dallas and plans to hold it for investment.  The other California investor purchased the Blue Sky Apartments, a 12 unit apartment complex located at 5912 Gaston Avenue in Dallas and plans to hold it for investment.  Richard Keeling, Senior Vice President, of the Multi-Family Division of Henry S.
