DALLAS, TX - August 3, 2005 -- Uptown Furniture has leased 5,200 square feet of space at the northwest corner of Highway 183 and Story Road in Irving.  The center is called Metroplex Plaza.  The landlord is CAN Enterprises based in California.  This will be a retail location for the sale of contemporary home furniture.  Daniel Harris of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord and the tenant.
