HOUSTON, TX - July 12, 2005 -- Dahn Yoga Center has recently leased 1,750 square feet from Fairway Capital Partners, Ltd. at Preston Road in the Preston Beltline Shopping Center, Addison, Texas.  Jason Gaines of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented Dahn Yoga's first entry in the Dallas market.  David Wideman of S.C. Companies represented the landlord.
