DALLAS, TX - June 23, 2005 -- Wendy's, one of the largest fast food chains in the world, has purchased a 37,897 square foot site at Malvern Plaza in Malvern, Arkansas.  The seller was Malvern Plaza Associates, LP.  Robert Kimble of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.
