DALLAS, TX - June 23, 2005 -- Raw Cuts and Salon has leased 2,567 square feet at 420 E. Pleasant Run Rd., Suite 310 in Cedar Hill.  The center is called Pleasant Run Towne Crossing.  The landlord is Inland Western Cedar Hill Pleasant Run Limited Partnership.  Mark Hajdu of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord.  Nick Prater of 4M Realty Company represented the tenant.

Cafe Medi has leased a 2,300 square foot space located at 420 Grapevine Hwy. in Hurst.  The landlord is Woodbridge Plaza, Ltd.  Cafe Medi is a Mediterranean restaurant.  Cafe Medi founders currently own and operate Big Fat Greek Buffet in Bedford.  Daniel Harris and Jayson Williams of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord.

Cato Fashions, one of the largest fashion chains in the country, recently leased 3,900 square feet at 4043 Central Avenue in Hot Springs, Arkansas.  The landlord is Hot Springs Central Plaza Associates, LP.  Robert Kimble of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord.

Orthopedic Associates of Dallas leased 2,900 square feet of space at Central Forest Shopping Center located at the southwest corner of Central Expressway and Forest Lane.  The landlord is Central Forest S/C Partners, Ltd.  This company will probably expand another 1,150 square feet in the same center in the very near future.  Orthopedic Associates of Dallas is a strong local rehabilitation clinic in Dallas with three current locations - Medical City, Baylor Hospital in Dallas and Baylor Hospital in Mesquite.  They purchased Greater Therapy Centers in early 2005.  Mark Hajdu and Tom Cheatham of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord.
