HOUSTON, TX - June 22, 2005 -- Bellaire Storage, LP has purchased the 23,635 square foot former HEB Pantry Store at the southeast corner of Bellaire Boulevard and Addicks Clodine Road for a mini storage facility.  The facility has purchased from HEB.  Vaughan Ford and Shawn Ackerman of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller and Charlie Underwood of McDade Smith, Gould, Johnston and Mason represented the buyer.
