Bank of America Acquires Site at Flower Mound Market

DALLAS, TX - June 1, 2005 -- Bank of America purchased a 1.45 acre site at Flower Mound Market, a 30,000 square foot retail center being developed by Henry S. Miller Co., at the southeast corner of FM 3040 and Morris Road in Flower Mound, Texas.  Bank of America plans to build a 5,000 square foot retail banking center at the location.  Vaughn Miller and Mark Hajdu represented the Seller, Flower Mound Market, Ltd. and Jeff Kittleson with Trammell Crow represented buyer, Bank of America.
