HSM South Memorial Plaza Associates, LP Purchases 4.97 Acres for Wal-Mart Outparcel

DALLAS, TX - May 13, 2005  -- HSM South Memorial Plaza Associates has purchased 4.97 acres in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  The intersection is 111th Street and Memorial Drive.  Future plans for this land will be a Wal-Mart Outparcel Retail Center.  HSM South Memorial Plaza Associates is a partnership formed by Henry S. Miller Company.  The seller was Jerry and Terri Gordon.  Robert Kimble of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer.  Steve Walman of Walman Commercial Real Estate, LLC & Stan Frisbie of Frisbie Real Estate, LLC represented the sellers.
