DALLAS, TX - May 12, 2005  -- Metagenics has leased 9,445 square feet from RREEF who is the landlord at this location.  The address is 2707 Realty Road in Dallas.  The space will be used as a retail location for selling health food supplements.  Susan Scott and Pete Richardson of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Chris Jackson of Stream Realty represented the landlord.
