Forney Crossing, Ltd. Purchases 95 Acres

DALLAS, TX - April 28, 2005  -- Forney Crossing, Ltd. purchased 95 acres at the northeast corner of FM 460 and U.S. 80 in Forney.  Future use of this land will be for retail in this fast growing area.  Rick Ellis and Wayne Robinson of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer and seller.
