500 Acres Purchased for Master Planned Community in Kaufman

DALLAS, TX - April 14, 2005  -- Land Advisors, Ltd. has purchased 500 acres of land at U.S. 80 and Spur 557 from Wylie Musser and Bill Bedrick.  Plans are for a master planned community in this area.  Rick Ellis of Henry S. Miller Commercial negotiated the deal with D2 Development.
