Anderson Merchandising Leases 126,100 sf

DALLAS, TX - April 14, 2005  -- Anderson Merchandising has leased 126,100 square feet of office warehouse space at Lakeside Center from Hillwood Investment Properties.  The facility is located at 500 Enterprise Drive in Flower Mound.  Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Commercial negotiated the deal with Dan Tatsch of Hillwood and Mark Miller of the Robert Lynn Company.
