HOUSTON, TX - April 5, 2005  -- JTP Enterprises, LLC of Lake Forest, Minnesota has recently purchased a 23,160 square foot office building from Basil Smith, Laredo, Texas.  The property is located at 5144 E. Sam Houston Parkway North.  Doug Bates of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller and Mark Ashy with Hugh Girard Co. represented the buyer.
