Hilite International Leases 10,915 sf

DALLAS, TX - March 15, 2005  -- Hilite International has leased 10,915 square feet of space at 12013 Denton Drive in Dallas.  The landlord is Alexander Plastics.  This will be an office/warehouse location for the tenant.  Hilite International is privately held, rapidly growing, multi-national corporation with manufacturing facilities in Germany and France as well as the United States.  Their components and systems perform critical functions for engine control, 4-wheel torque transfer, transmission and vehicle frame systems.  Nathan Denton of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Matt Smith and Steve Berger of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord.
