Talley Rents, LLC Purchases 40,000 sf Building

DALLAS, TX - March 6, 2005  -- Talley Rents, LLC has purchased a 40,000 square foot building from L.T. Apartments, LLC.  The building is located at 235 NE Loop 820 in Hurst.  Talley Rents will renovate a portion of the building for their headquarters and lease the remainder of the building.  Talley Rents is a rent-to-own company.  Eric Deuillet of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented both the tenant and the landlord.
