FunAsia Leases 15,000 sf

DALLAS, TX - March 2, 2005  -- FunAsia has leased 15,000 square feet from SEJ Properties.  The space is located at Plymouth Park North Shopping Center, 700 N. Story Rd., #100.  Plans for this location are for complete renovation for continued use as a theatre and added banquet facility catering to the South Asian community (India, Pakistan, etc.).  FunAsia has developed itself, within the last few years, as a cultural entertainment venue catering to an ethnically diverse community and consumer.  They recently opened a Carrollton location and this will be their third site in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex.  Dave Valdez of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Derek Boisse and Jonathan Shokrian of Califco represented the landlord.
