FAB Holdings, LLC Purchases 13,500 sf

DALLAS, TX - March 2, 2005  -- FAB Holdings, LLC has purchased a 13,500 square foot building from KHSC, LP.  The space is located at 1040 N. Westmoreland in Dallas.  This is a single tenant transaction with use for investment purposes.  Dave Valdez and Robert Grunnah of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.  Turner Realty represented the buyer.
