RJS Marine, Inc. Purchases 23,000 sf

DALLAS, TX - March 1, 2005  -- RSJ Marine, Inc. has purchased 23,000 square feet tot develop a strip center.  The sellers were Bobby Joe Thomas and Bobby Sue McCalester.  The strip center address will be 600 East Ennis Avenue and is in front of a Wal-Mart.  Mark Hajdu of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer.  John White of the Dominion Group represented the seller.
