DALLAS, TX - March 1, 2005  -- Elite Manufacturing leased 12,500 square feet of space from MAR Properties, Ltd.  The space is located at Corbin Road Business Park.  Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Don Frazier of Frazier Commercial represented the landlord.
