BWJ Jackson, Limited Leases 16,000 sf

DALLAS, TX - February 24, 2005  -- BWJ Jackson, Limited has leased 16,000 square feet of space from Colt Joint Venture.  The space is located at 699 SH 121 in Lewisville and will be used as a furniture restoration and importer.  Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant and the landlord.
