HOUSTON, TX - February 18, 2005  -- Westnova Logistics, Inc., of Houston has recently leased 12,445 square feet at 1196 FM 529 in Northwest Houston from The Texas Development Company.  John Endendyk of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant and Stephen Marmion of The Texas Development Company represented the landlord.
